I completed a (unpaid) work experience placement as a Full Stack Developer. My main task was to design and develop a holiday distribution system for employees, which allowed them to view, query, and manage their holiday days and allowances. I was responsible for managing, designing, and developing both the back-end and front-end of the project, ensuring an optimal user experience was achieved.

In this role, I was responsible for a range of tasks to ensure events ran smoothly. My duties included applying security and safety measures, handling ticket distribution (sales, validation) and payments, and managing on-site cleaning. Effective communication was key, as I frequently interacted with guests and staff (through radio) to address any issues promptly, contributing to a seamless event experience.

As a Course Representative at Teesside University (School of Computing, Engineering & Digital Technologies), I serve as the liaison between students and faculty, actively gathering and presenting student feedback to enhance the academic experience. My role involve:
